Solgar B-Complex 50 Tablets

Solgar's B-Complex 100 is a high strength formula that has all vitamin B's in one supplement. B vitamins have many useful qualities but are particularly good for converting fats, proteins and carbohydrates into energy. Directions: Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal unless directed otherwise by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients: 100mg Thiamine (Vitamin B1),100mg Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), 100mg Niacin (Vitamin B3), 100mg Pyridoxine HCL (Vitamin B6), 666mcg Folate (Vitamin B9), 100mcg Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12), 100mcg Biotin (Vitamin B7), 100mg Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5), 100mg Inositol (Vitamin B8) and Choline (Vitamin B4). Additional ingredients include: Herbal powdered blend (Kelp, acerola extract complex, alfalfa, parsley, rose hips & watercress), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Cellulose, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Titanium Dioxide (color), Vegetable Glycerin.
