We are an essential service and at Red we will remain open and available for pharmacy services.
The important word in that last sentence is ESSENTIAL; we must stay open. So, we will be doing a couple of things differently to ensure the safety of our staff and vulnerable customers.
DO NOT come into the pharmacy if you have any cold or flu symptoms (however mild), have recently been for a COVID test or are on your way to have one.
Please allow 24-48 hours to get your regular prescriptions ready.
Masks must always be worn in the pharmacy. Please scan in and use the hand sanitizer provided. Please stay behind the screen at the counter and keep 1 meter away from other people who are not in your bubble.
We are still able to offer exceptional advice, medications, and all services albeit in a distanced and safe manner.
